Pitching Your Online Campus

Many times I've found myself trying to explain what it means to have an online campus and I get defensive. I've felt like I'm trying to explain the benefits of getting an iPhone to someone in love with their BlackBerry. The truth is new things are hard to grasp. Fear is our natural response. Your job and my job is not to be discouraged, but to adjust the pitch. I share some thoughts on changing your perspective to effectively getting an online ministry off the ground.

 
 

A great book to thinking outside of the box and better understanding others' boxes is "Leadership and Self-Deception: Getting Out of the Box" by The Arbinger Institute.
