11. Say No Sometimes (Scarcity)

 
 

Sometimes the best thing you can do is say NO. Scarcity is an important principle with your digital strategy. In this video, I explore the two major approaches to digital advertising, how to leverage your church's content to drive deeper engagement, and provide practical examples. Homework: figure out your red line for when there needs to be a commitment made or maybe you'll continue to just give everything away free. I hope not.
