I’m hosting a private digital cohort for a select group of churches this year.

I’m doing this six-month digital advancement cohort with RUNFREE.CO. I love what Will Mancini and the team at Run Free are all about. The idea of the cohort is to go on a journey to learn how to push your church’s digital vision forward in 2025 with a group of other churches led by me.

What’s Included In The Cohort?

• Digital audit of your church (streaming, structure, social, systems, etc.)

• Six group sessions over Zoom (90-minute sessions)

• Three private coaching sessions per church along with text/email support (60-minute sessions)

• Select 2-3 digital goals and help implement goals over the six months together

• Access to private group chat to connect with other churches

Who Can Attend This Cohort From Your Church?

Each church may have up to three participants join. Ideally, anyone interested in digital at your church or use the cohort to coach someone to help your church take your digital strategy to the next level.

• Setting digital objectives and how to think digitally as a church

• Structuring digital in all ministry departments & setting up online volunteer teams church-wide

• Building a healthy online community at your church beyond just streaming your worship services

• Creating follow-up tactics and automation strategies that lead to next steps

• Advancing digital disciple-making with groups and classes via Zoom, on-demand options, and even text-based groups

• Designing YouTube/Instagram ads that lead to faith-based conversations & upgrading your social media posting strategy

• Exploring ideas around launching house church strategies connected to online worship services

• Planning Easter & Christmas & other key events with digital ads and creating compelling online worship experiences

What’s the Size, Cost, & Commitment?

• I’m limiting the size of the cohort and asking for those who are really interested in moving their digital strategy forward in 2025. Ideally, you have a person or a few leaders who can attend every group session and implement the things covered in the cohort. The cohort is not free, but I have made it affordable. • The cohort starts in early March, and everything will be facilitated through WhatsApp and Zoom.
